Can I get a tracking number?
Tracking details will be available after your order ships. Tracking details are available for all products. After we provide tracking details, please wait at least 72 hours before registering them in our system.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update in the carrier's system during transit.
I ordered more than 2 items but only received one… Where is my order?
When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately for faster delivery. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once! It just means they are on their way!
Why haven't I received any order confirmation details?
In most cases, this is because our customer accidentally entered the wrong email address. Throughout the process, we will send several emails, including order confirmation, fulfillment notification, and shipping notification.
If you believe you may have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us, and we will correct it for you as long as the order has not yet been processed.
Can I cancel my order or add items?
Your items can be cancelled before shipment, but not after shipment.
Since we do not store any payment information, we cannot add items to an order. If this is the case, please submit a separate order to add the other items.
What time of day will my order be shipped?
Our processing and fulfillment center processes orders 24/7.
Why does my tracking status show as delivered, but I haven't received my package?
Usually, your local post office will be able to locate your package using their excellent GPS system, and the issue should be resolved within the next few days. In this case, you need to contact your local post office to ensure that the package was not left there when no one was home to receive it, or was not left in your parcel locker.
How long will it take to get a response to my request?
We respond quickly within 24 hours to optimize the customer experience.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. Your refund may take some time to be officially issued. Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email support@erynova.ltd
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for exchanged products to arrive may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive the returned item.
